Welcome to Miners GameDay 2009. Here you will find information regarding game times, parking, ticket policies and Rent One Park policies.
Game Times
- Monday-Saturday games will begin at 7:05 and the gates will open at 6:05
- Sunday games begin at 5:05 and the gates will open at 4:05
- Select games below have special gate and game times:
- Sunday, May 31st - Gates open 6:05pm, Game time 7:05pm
- Sunday, July 5th - Gates open 6:05pm, Game time 7:05pm
- Sunday, September 6th - Gates open 6:05pm, Game time 7:05pm

- Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
- Weekday Games: 8:30am - End of the 6th Inning
- Saturday Games: 10:00am - End of the 6th Inning
- Sunday Games: 12:00pm - End of the 6th Inning
General Store Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 12:00pm / 1:00pm - 5:00pm
- Saturday: CLOSED
- Sunday: CLOSED
Parking information
Ticket Policies
- Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. We do not allow refunds or exchanges.
- The Miners are not responsible for tickets that are shared, or resold after the initial transaction takes place at the Miners Box Office or online at southernillinoisminers.com or its ticket sales partners.
- Children age three and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.
- Patrons picking tickets up at Will Call must present a valid photo I.D. matching the name on the tickets.
- The Advance Ticket Window is located on the 1st base concourse and will serve all of your in-game ticket needs. You can do everything from purchase tickets to future games to upgrading current seats (if available).
- Player Pass tickets are available approximately one hour prior to the start of the game.
- Ticket vouchers do not guarantee a chair seat. Availability varies by game.
- Rain Check - If fewer than five innings of a game (4 ½ if the Southern Illinois Miners are ahead) are played, your ticket may be exchanged at the box office for one of equal value for any subsequent regular season game. Subject to availability.
- Notice and Warning - The holder of their ticket assumes all potential risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, including specifically, but not exclusively, those serious personal or bodily injury from bats, balls or other objects leaving the playing field, and agrees that management is not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. The management reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket by refunding the purchase price.
Rent One Park Policies and Procedures
- Event dates and times are subject to change without notice.
- The Southern Illinois Miners and Rent One Park prohibit food and drinks from being brought into the park.
- All promotional items are limited to a first come, first serve basis. All items are based upon availability and cannot be reserved.
- The General Admission area is located down the left field line. You may bring a blanket or something comparable to sit on.
- Fans may bring lawn chairs for use in the designated areas only.
- Umbrellas ARE NOT permitted at Rent One Park.
- The gates open approximately one hour prior to the scheduled start time of every game.
- The McDonald's Fun Zone, located down the left field line, is our kids play area. To use the games, there is a $5 play all game fee.
- Lost and Found items can be located at the Century 21 House of Realty Fan Assistance Center on the concourse behind home plate. The Century 21 House of Realty Fan Assistance Center can also help answer any questions concerning your ballpark experience.
